*This* Is the Hive-Inspired Hot Toddy Recipe of Your Dreams

Winter can be a brutal season for our immunity—and seriously, who has the time to take sick days? That's why a few spritzes of Propolis Throat Spray is always our fave way to get a daily dose of bee magic. (Think of it as your immune system's personal bodyguard.) But propolis isn’t the only way to support your immunity during this time of year.

We are *all* about hot toddies here in the hive. Not only are they super soothing, but hot toddies are an ancestor-approved way to fortify your body with natural sniffle-fighting compounds, like those found in ginger, lemon, turmeric, and raw honey. As a wellness ritual, they’re also a perfect way to signal to the brain that it’s time to unwind from the stress of the day and prep for some quality shut-eye. Wellness tip: managing stress levels is crucial for immune health.

To make our toddy even more nourishing, we upgraded our recipe with a drizzle of Buckwheat Honey for some hardcore restorative power! Buckwheat honey is one of the most antioxidant rich honeys on the planet, making it a superstar soother. And let's not forget that a little raw honey is an ideal addition to your bedtime ritual—it naturally supports melatonin production to help you ditch the sheep and take the fast track to dreamland.

Try the recipe out for yourself and enjoy!
